		<description>I totally agree with Karri that we need to be informed consumers......especially about the country of origin of our food. American farmers are faced with higher production, shipping, and labor costs than growers in developing countries like Mexico and China. Food safety and food security means supporting and consuming American farm products whenever possible. 

This is a great site for exchange of ideas and I look forward to participating as often as I can!</description>
