		<description>Gloria--no one should make themselves feel guilty about making practical choices.  Merely being conscious when you buy your food (or live your life) takes you a long way.

And, as I have always maintained, fresh "traditionally produced" food is still better than processed "organic".  Organic junk food is still junk food. 

Unfortunately, your dilemma is exactly why we have seen the expansion of labels playing on the guilty consciences of consumers who WANT to do something "healthy" or "environmentally friendly", but don't have the time to look past what's right in front of them.</description>

		<description>My problem is that there is just not enough hours in the day, not for keeping up with research, not for even acting on what I do know, such as eating local. Who has time to find the farmers markets? I pat myself on the back for just managing to feed my family fresh food - no short-cuts such as Kraft dinners, etc.</description>
