Omega-3 yogurt will dent your wallet more than it will grow their brains. Maybe it’s best to just eat some fish.

    Wow. Fish with my yogurt. Just what I needed.

    Wait a minute — if they can get Omega 3 fatty acids into Go-Gurt or Trix Yogurt or Danimals (candy disguised as yogurt that my children mainline like heroin) then I might. just. go for it.
